Change of Address - Do you need to update your address, email or phone number? Simply print, complete, sign and email, mail or drop off at our office.
Credit Card Information Addendum - Tired of making repeated trips to the office to make your payment? We offer automatic payments. With automatic payments your payment will be automatically processed on the first day of each month until you decide to stop the automatic payments or move out. You can print, complete, sign and email, mail or drop off at our office.
Intake Application - Are you planning to rent from us at Cascade Weekender RV Storage? You will need to complete our intake application. You may complete the form at home and bring it with you.
Intent to Vacate - Are you getting ready to move out of your storage space? Can't locate your Welcome Packet with the Intent to Vacate form in it? You can print a copy from here. Just print, complete, sign and email, mail or drop off at our office.
What do I need to have to be able to store a RV, travel trailer, boat, or any registered vehicle?
- Proof of current insurance coverage
- A copy of the current vehicle registration
- A copy of your driver’s license
Do the parking spaces have electrical outlets available to use?
Yes, there is an electrical outlet available at or in each parking space. The outlet is limited to 15 amps.
What are the gate hours so I can have access to my vehicle?
The gate hours are from 5 AM to 9 PM, 7-day/week.
When is my rent due?
Rents are due on or before the first of each month.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, we have a security deposit that is equal to 1-month of rent.
How much notice do I need to give before I vacate my space?
We require notice be given 10-days prior to the first day of the coming month’s rent. Once the rent for the coming month has applied to the account, the new month’s rent is due on the first if we don’t receive notice.
Can I store my kayak and related equipment under my travel trailer?
No, all extra items must be secured inside the trailer.
Am I limited to one vehicle per parking space?
As long as the vehicles you wish to park in the space will fit, your are welcome to register both vehicles for the space. All vehicles have to be registered with the office and require copies of current insurance and current registration.
How wide are the drive aisles?
The drive aisles between the fully enclosed buildings is 68 feet. The drive aisles between the canopy parking spaces is 39-1/2 feet.
Do you have a dump station I can use to empty the holding tanks on my RV?
Yes, you are welcome to use the dump station to empty your holding tanks. We simply ask that you make sure if anything has dripped on the concrete that you use the hose provided to wash up the concrete.
Can I wash my vehicle at the facility?
Yes, we have a designated wash bay for use. It is for our occupant’s only and is not open to someone that doesn’t rent from us.
