Reservation Terms

  • Reservations will hold a unit or similar size unit for up to 7 calendar days. 
  • Reservations require a one-time non-refundable fee of $50 that is credited toward your first month’s rent upon completion of a rental agreement.
  • Once a reservation is made you will be contacted by our office to complete a rental agreement prior to move-in.
